At Aspn Market Services OPC Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality professional services in the fields of C.A. consultancy and Digital Technology. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Service Requests: Clients can request to cancel a service within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that the processing or documentation work has not yet started.
Subscription/Annual Services: For recurring compliance services, cancellation must be requested at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be sent via email to [Insert Email Address] from the registered client email ID.
2. Refund Policy
Since our services involve professional time, government fees, and digital resources, refunds are handled as follows:
Government Fees: Any fees paid to government departments (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, etc.) for registrations or filings are 100% non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the government.
Professional Fees (CA/Legal): Once the documentation process has started or a project report has been drafted, professional fees are non-refundable.
Tech & Digital Services: For Website and App Development, refunds are calculated based on the stage of completion. If the design phase is completed, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Issues: If a Payment Gateway (Razorpay/PayU) rejects a merchant account due to the client's business category or lack of documents, the technical integration fee remains non-refundable, as the service of integration was performed.
3. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Delay in government approvals or processing times.
Rejection of applications by authorities due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Changes in client requirements after the project has reached the development phase.
