These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and our website, cindrellavoltvibe.com. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Aspn Market Services provides professional consultancy in two main areas:

C.A. & Legal Services: Company Registration (PVT Ltd, LLP, NBFC, etc.), GST/ITR Filing, Audits, and Compliances.

Digital & Tech Services: Website/App Development, Graphic Design, and Payment Gateway Integration (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.).

2. Information Accuracy

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legal documents for all registrations and filings. Aspn Market Services is not liable for any delays or penalties caused by incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the client.

3. Payment and Fees

All service fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation.

For Digital Services (Web/App), a milestone-based payment structure is generally followed.

Government fees (for registrations) are subject to change as per official department updates and must be cleared by the client.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Payment Gateways)

While we assist in integrating gateways like Razorpay, Easebuzz, or Cashfree, the final approval of the merchant account depends solely on the respective payment gateway provider’s policies. We do not guarantee approval if the client's business category violates the provider's terms.

5. Timelines

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays caused by government processing times (for CA services) or third-party API issues (for Tech services) are beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality and Data Security

We respect your privacy. All financial data, business ideas, and personal documents shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of the requested service.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website/app code and designs. However, Aspn Market Services reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aspn Market Services OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any legal actions taken against the client's business by government authorities.

9. Refund Policy

Fees paid for government registrations or services already initiated are non-refundable. For digital projects, refunds are subject to the work completed up to the date of the request.

10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/State], India.
